CONTEXT
Starting as a group of 8 founding partners, Firelight has grown to a diverse, expanding team of over 100 professionals committed to our guiding principles of relationships, accountability, quality, and responsibility. In this context, with the growth, it became necessary to modernize and evolve the website.
PROBLEM STATEMENT
The project’s challenge was to develop the UX and UI aspects—mapping user flows and journeys, as well as designing the interface by creating a new template. The goal was to translate the group’s brand identity into a website that encompassed all content regarding Indigenous Nations and their territories in North America.
STYLEGUIDE
The creation of the Styleguide involved adapting the visual identity, modernizing components, and proposing solutions to reflect the natural setting that defines Firelight.
CONCEPT
Using the elements and colors defined in the Styleguide, the concept drew inspiration from nature and the region’s indigenous culture, without losing the modern feel the website needed to maintain.
